Support and Consultation

Alongside diagnostic assessments and offering psychological support and treatment for individuals and families, we also offer supervision to other professionals and consultation to services, particularly around supporting Autistic people and those with ADHD and/or a learning disability.

  • Psychological support

Following assessment, it may be that some ongoing psychological support could be helpful for an individual or their family. This can be considered on an individual basis and a treatment plan co-produced to meet your needs. Packages of specialist support around Autism and ADHD are also available on request.

  • Supervision

As highly experienced and specialist Clinical Psychologists, we offer supervision to other clinicians working with young people and adults with a range of clinical presentations and complex needs. Whether you work in the NHS or private sector, we would be happy to consider if it would be helpful to work together.

  • Consultation

We are pleased to be able to share our experience and expertise through consultation with services; particularly those who support autistic people, those with ADHD, learning disabilities and complex needs. We can deliver bespoke training packages and consideration of any reasonable adjustments.

Psychological Support

Our Clinical Psychologists are highly experienced at working therapeutically with individuals of all ages and their support system or wider network.

  • We offer evidence-based, person-centred therapy for a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, phobias and fears. Sessions can be delivered online or in person at our therapy room in Peckham, South East London.

  • When working with children and young people, it is often helpful to include parents/carers. Involving the people around the child allows the therapeutic work to be understood and reinforced outside of the therapy room. Parenting can be difficult at the best of times, so having some additional support allows parents to feel more confident in understanding their child and managing any difficulties they might experience.

  • At Collective Minds, we know the value of shared experiences and finding a community of people who understand. We run workshops on Autism and ADHD for carers and family, as well as packages of specialist support for Autistic people and ADHDers.

Consultation

With many years experience as clinical supervisors, our clinicians know what makes a successful supervision space. We believe that supervision should balance psychological safety with honest challenge, allowing clinicians to reflect openly while still being pushed to grow. Supervision with our clinicians is collaborative and ethically grounded, ensuring you can make the most of the supervisory relationship.

Supervision

As specialist clinicians working with neurodevelopmental conditions we are pleased to share our experience, knowledge and skills with other services and professionals. Working from a strengths-based, neuroaffirmative perspective allows us to consult on individual cases as well as organisational challenges through identifying resources and co-producing solutions.

Consultation

Our clinicians are experienced at delivering training packages to a wide range of audiences. Whilst our specialism is delivering neuroaffirmative training around Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities, we also support organisations to consider their neurodivergent workforce and how to meet their needs in the workplace.
